North Bergen Man Drove Drunk When He Struck Pedestrian: Prosecutors A 40-year-old North Bergen man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Oct. 3, after they drove while intoxicated and struck a pedestrian last month, authorities said. On Friday, Sept. 8 at 3:30 a.m., Steven Inoa, was driving a Honda Pilot at Bergenline Avenue and 92nd Street when it struck a 65-year-old woman, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The woman was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center, Suarez said. Inoa was charged with assault by auto while driving while intoxicated and causing serious bodily injury. North Bergen Judge Accused Of Groping Woman A municipal court judge in North Bergen was arrested Thursday for grabbing a woman's breasts without her consent, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said.  Nino Falcone, 78, is accused of groping the woman at his Bergenline Avenue law office Aug. 29. His relationship to the woman was not disclosed.  He was charged with criminal sexual contact and released. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 3.  A spokeswoman for the state Administrative Office of the Courts said Falcone has been suspended without pay pending an order by the state Supreme Court.
