Ani Ramen House recently opened on Walnut Avenue in Cranford. A grand opening will be held on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 4 p.m. The Cranford location will serve Ani Ramen's signature craft ramen featuring exceptional custom-made noodles by Sun Noodle. Ani Ramen House Opens In Maplewood Ani Ramen House opened this weekend in Maplewood, the fifth location in New Jersey for the eatery that features unique ramen noodle dishes and other specialties, the chain said in a statement.  The 75-seat, BYOB restaurant, at 149 Maplewood Ave., opened this past weekend and is now serving lunch (11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and dinner (5 to 10 p.m.) from Sunday to Thursday (it will be open until 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays).  The full menu can be found here.  The restaurant's distinctive decor features mural artwork courtesy of New Jersey native Rich Tu and design by pixelexperi…
