At 3 a.m., police found 150 people at Harbor and Industrial Drive refusing to move their vehicles, Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office said. A large group approached police while screaming obscenities and refusing to leave, Wallace-Scalfione said. Jersey City Teen Arrested After Swinging Knife Outside Police Station A 16-year-old Jersey City teenager was arrested after officers spotted him with a knife on Monday, Sept. 25, outside a police station, authorities said. At 11:29 p.m., police observed the teenage boy with a knife start chasing another man at 1 Jackson Ave., Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokesman for the mayor's office said.
