The blaze broke out just before 1:40 p.m. at Port Deli, located at 56 S Second St.
Flames shot through the roof, bringing the blaze to three alarms.
The fire was deemed under control around 4:30 p.m.
Injuries were unknown and the cause remains under investigation.
