Burglary Charges From Throughout Bergen Mount Against Jailed Hackensack Ex-Con Burglary charges from several towns continue to pile up against a Hackensack ex-con with a criminal history that stretches back 25 years. Steven Saulter, 51, is suspected in even more break-ins that are currently under investigation, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said. A truck driver by trade, Saulter became a suspect in a series of home burglaries in and around Bergen County, Calo said.
