Feds: Teaneck Man Tried Bribing Employee For Special Visa
TEANECK, N.J. -- A Teaneck man was arrested Wednesday after he tried bribing a federal employee to take care of a non-immigrant visa that allows Dominican nationals to enter the U.S., authorities said. Luis Santos, 27, offered the State Department employee -- a U.S. consular adjudicator -- $2,500 for a favorable outcome, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito, announced.
