Nebraska Sex Offender Sent Explicit Messages To 11-Year-Old NJ Girl: Prosecutors A 23-year-old Nebraska man and registered sex offender was recently arrested and charged after he sent sexually explicit texts to an 11-year-old girl in Warren County while posing as a 13-year-old boy, authorities said.
