Police ID Man Wanted In Danbury Neighbor Killing; Victim Remembered As Talented Barber Authorities have identified the man they say fired a gun through his wall and killed a neighbor in Danbury.  David "Davicito" Grullon is wanted for the fatal shooting of Victor Quispe at a townhome on Lake Avenue in Danbury when a bullet blasted through a wall of the home and struck him in the chest on Wednesday morning, Jan 7, police said. Grullon ran away before police arrived, and authorities have not been able to track him down.
