The Honda CRV hit a parked car as it headed north and then rolled onto a southbound car just after 2 p.m. outside 70 River Road.
A paramedic unit from Holy Name Medical Center tended to the woman.
New Milford police responded and handled traffic control while a tow truck righted the Honda. Borough firefighters also responded.
