Township police responding to the 11:20 a.m. call on Intervale Road found the victim lying outside “unresponsive and barely breathing,” the TVAC’s Izzy Infield told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Suqad members “arrived moments later and administered Narcan,” Infield said.

“The patient was brought to the ambulance, where a paramedic unit from Holy Name Medical Center was waiting,” he added. “The patient became alert and conscious in the ambulance after a single does of Narcan by TVAC and was transported to [HNMC].”
