Sidney Jackson Jr., 34, was arrested by Teaneck police and members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit last Friday, two days after the alleged assault, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced today.
Jackson formerly worked as company manager for the LFant (pronounced “elephant”) apparel company created by his brother, Ryan, in 2003.
He was being held on $150,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with second-degree sexual assault.
Jackson — who posted a Valentine’s Day video called “You Deserve Better” on his Facebook page the day after the incident — is due in Teaneck Municipal Court tomorrow morning.
