The driver “showed up at Holy Name reporting that he was stabbed in the abdomen over a road-rage incident” with four men in another car, Lt. Thomas Tully told CLIFFVIEW PILOT just after midnight.
“There was no actual puncture wound,” the lieutenant told the website. “His wounds were superficial.”
The New York man told police he was driving alone on Teaneck Road when the driver of an older model, black, Chevy Impala flashed his car’s high beams, apparently because he wasn’t moving fast enough to his liking.
They all got out at the Dairy Queen parking lot, and a scuffle followed, Tully said.
“The only description we have is four males, two black, one Hispanic, one white,” the lieutenant said.
