TEANECK, N.J. – Bergen County sheriff’s detectives sought the public’s help finding an SUV that caused a Tuesday afternoon crash on Route 4 in Teaneck.
A vehicle headed west hit a concrete barrier and overturned near Queen Anne Road, hospitalizing the driver with several injuries, around 12:20 p.m., Sheriff Michael Saudino said.
The crash apparently was caused by a silver and/or grey mid-sized Nissan sport utility vehicle, which stopped briefly before speeding off, Saudino said.
Anyone who saw anything or has information that could help the investigation is asked to call BCSO Detective Weston at (201) 336-7893 or email: cweston@bcsd.us.
