Pacheco was the vice provost of Global Programs at St. John's University, Queens. "He was an architect by trade, a "builder" in life … with a work ethic matched only by his love for his family," information from the funeral home noted.
He is survived by his wife, Nikki; sons Robert and Richard; siblings Ileana Goldwasser, Ruben Rodriguez and Susan Rodriguez; and mother Sara Rodgriguez.
Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, June 20, at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd., in Teaneck. A funeral service will begin from the funeral home on Tuesday at 9 a.m., then to St. Anastasia Church in Teaneck for a 10 a.m. mass. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery, in Englewood.
