PARAMUS N.J. -- The Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce recently held its annual Holiday Party and Board of Directors Installation Dinner at the Terrace at Biagio's in Paramus.

2016 will mark the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Chamber in Paramus, which was originally founded as the Paramus Chamber of Commerce in 1951. On that date, Henry Vander Plaat was sworn in as the organization's first president.

The evening's entertainment was provided by the Paramus High School Premiers Choir, which will be performing its Holiday Concert on Dec. 22 in the PHS auditorium. In the spirit of giving, Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce members also contributed presents to benefit Children’s Aid & Family Services, which helps hundreds of North Jersey families annually.

The Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary federation of the business community uniting the efforts of business and professional individuals to ensure a healthy economic and socio-economic base to benefit the entire community. The Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce harnesses the tremendous potential of the private enterprise system and enables its membership to accomplish collectively what no one could do individually.
