Bergen County Anti-Drug Coalition Presents Conference In Teaneck

TEANECK, N. J. -- Registration ends Wednesday for The Bergen County Prevention Coalition's Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs' 2016 Tree of Addiction conference Friday.

The event features a day of speakers on preventing substance abuse and addiction. The keynote speaker for the day is Diane Litterer, who will present a program titled "Getting to the Root of It ... Prevention Solutions." The conference takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Teaneck Marriott at GlenPointe, 100 Frank W. Burr Blvd., Teaneck.

Other workshop topics include sustainable youth group efforts, faith-based prevention programs and trauma care. The conference cost is $20 and includes a light breakfast and lunch.
