The purpose of this inaugural "Discover Teaneck" event is to explore new investment and business opportunities in two of Teaneck's potential areas for development: the Alfred Avenue area and the Queen Anne Road/Degraw Avenue business district.

Additional events will be scheduled to discuss other development areas.

Property owners, developers, real estate professionals and other interested parties are invited to attend and learn about potential development and business opportunities, applicable land use provisions and available municipal resources in these areas.

During this informative presentation, participants will have an opportunity to meet one another, ask questions, and share their comments on how to improve Teaneck's business districts, encourage investment in Teaneck, and upgrade and develop underutilized properties in these two locations. A continental breakfast and refreshments will also be provided.

The event will run from 8:30-11 a.m. in the Council Chambers of Teaneck Township Hall, 818 Teaneck Rd.
