NJ Native Dies After Pennsylvania Crash, Coroner Says One driver died from his injuries after a crash in Palmer Township on Tuesday evening, Jan. 30, officials say.  Joseph R. Hoagland, 68, suffered a medical emergency that led to a wreck in the parking lot of the William Penn Highway Weis, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.  Hoagland, of Wilson Borough, was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital - Anderson Campus where he passed from blunt force chest injuries on Wednesday, Jan. 31, authorities said. Lehigh Valley Native, Home Healthcare Aid Tiffany VanHorn Dies, 28 Lehigh Valley native and home healthcare aid Tiffany VanHorn died Feb. 12 at the age of 28. Born in Wilson Borough, VanHorn attended Liberty High School, where she sang in chorus and graduated in 2011, her obituary says. VanHorn loved nurturing and spending time with animals. She was also known for attending car shows. VanHorn worked with BrightStar Care as a home healthcare aid and lived in Easton at the time of her death, her memorial says.
