Serious Crash Closes Route 517 In Sussex County Police were investigating a serious crash on Route 517 near Foxhill Drive in Franklin Borough. The crash occurred mid-afternoon Monday, Feb. 27. The crash shut down the route, also known as Munsonhurst Road, from Route 23 in Franklin to Kennedy Avenue in Ogdensburg, police said.
