Morristown Restaurateurs Open Bergen County Brasserie
The owners of Blue Morel in Morristown are opening a new restaurant in Bergen County -- as another one shutters. Chef Thomas Ciszak and his wife Evelyn will serve their last meals at Chakra Restaurant on Route 4 in Paramus Saturday. The pair lamented Chakra's closing while celebrating the opening of Brasserie Mémère in Closter, which will have a liquor license.
