Driver Freed With Hydraulics, Hospitalized After Crash With Garbage Truck In Hunterdon County Emergency crews in Hunterdon County put their hydraulic tools to the test to free a trapped driver following a collision with a garbage truck on Route 31 during the late morning hours on Tuesday, June 27. The two-vehicle crash occurred near the Sonic Drive-In in Raritan Township shortly after 11:45 a.m., the Flemington-Raritan First Aid and Rescue Squad said.
