Elmer Geovanni Felipe Y Felipe, 29, was behind the wheel of a 2004 Honda CRV when he slammed into the side of a home on the 100 block of Willow Grove Street around 12:15 a.m. Sunday, Hackettstown Police said. Hackettstown Livestock Auction Worker Seriously Injured After Being Charged By 1,200 Pound Cow An 18-year-old livestock auction employee was hospitalized with serious injuries after a 1,200-pound cow charged at him in Hackettstown, authorities said. The man was attempting to put the cow into a stall at the Livestock Auction Market on West Stiger Street when the animal charged at him, knocking him into a gate and down a concrete ramp around 10 a.m. Tuesday, Hackettstown police said.
