Chipotle Opens In Phillipsburg Burrito lovers rejoice! Chipotle opened its newest location in Phillipsburg on Tuesday, April 30. The new location, at 1341 Route 22, features the brand's Chipotlane, a drive-thru pickup lane allowing guests to pick up their digital orders without leaving their cars. The location will be open daily from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is also offering the chicken al pastor for a limited time.
