Police: Warren County Man Assaults Good Samaritans Checking On Child Cyclist After Hit-And-Run The passenger of a vehicle that allegedly struck a child cyclist and fled the scene is accused of assaulting two Good Samaritans that had stopped to check on the victim, authorities in Warren County charged. Washington Township Police responded to a report of a physical dispute near Rt. 57 East and School Street in Washington Borough shortly after 7:20 p.m. on June 17, authorities said Tuesday.
