Morris County Man, 19, Gets Probation For Breaking Into Newton Building, Stealing Transport Van A 19-year-old Morris County man was sentenced to probation for breaking into a building in Newton and stealing a transport van, authorities said. Michael Sinegra, of Whippany, was sentenced Thursday to two years of non-custodial probation by the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton, Prosecutor Francis A.
