Car Plows Through Home In Hunterdon County: Authorities A car crashed into a home in Hunterdon County on the evening of Friday, April 19, authorities said. Skunk Tests Positive For Rabies In Hunterdon County A skunk has tested positive for rabies in Hunterdon County, health officials said. The animal was located in the vicinity of Charlestown and Black Brook Roads in Hampton Borough and tested positive for rabies on Tuesday, according to the Hunterdon County Dept. of Health. The department urges anyone who may have come into contact with the skunk between August 14 and August 28 to see their primary care physician to determine whether there is a need for prophylaxis treatment.
