Rutgers Law School Grad Nominated To Succeed Sheila Oliver In Major Role Gov. Phil Murphy has nominated Rutgers law school graduate Jacquelyn Suárez to step in as Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs after Sheila Y. Oliver’s unexpected death last month. Trail died following a fearless battle with cancer on Monday, Sept. 19. She was 35.
