Trapped Victims Hospitalized After Route 78 Crash

Two people were hospitalized after a single-car crash on Route 78 on Tuesday, Oct. 11, authorities said.

Firefighters removed the driver and passenger in the Hyundai Sonata that ran off the roadway near Exit 36 and struck. tree just before 10 a.m. on the westbound side in Warren Township, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Philip Curry said.

Both victims were taken to Morristown Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
