Passaic County Sees High Participation Rate In School Breakfast Program

According to the story, Paterson has seen a big increase in the number of families taking advantage of the program, but many districts aren’t participating or the turnout numbers are low.

Passaic County has 70 percent of its low-income students getting free or reduced priced breakfast, the story said. Bergen County has 25 percent, according to northjersey.com
