North Haledon PTO Throws Ugly Sweater Party

NORTH HALEDON, N.J. – Get ready to drag those over-the-top cardigans and pullovers out of the back of your closet; the North Haledon Parent-Teacher Organization will be awarding prizes for the ugliest sweater at an event in Wykoff next month.

The PTO party will be held from 7-10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, at The Brickhouse, 179 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff.

The admission fee of $55 per person includes drinks, hot and cold antipasto, and hors d’oeuvres. The party is for adults only.

To buy tickets, send checks payable to NH PTO by Monday, Jan. 4, and mark the envelope “Ugly Sweater Gathering” in care of Lisa Darby or Dana LaForgia. For more information, call LaForgia at 201-970-5682 or email her at Dana72@optonline.net.

Ugly sweaters are optional, the PTO said.
