Haledon Labor Museum Invites Students To Honor Teachers

HALEDON, N.J. -- The American Labor Museum invites students in grades 3-12 to submit a creative arts project to be exhibited in the Museum.

The Botto House American Labor Museum invites students to submit creative projects in celebration of teachers for a special exhibit at the end of November.

Project categories are creative writing, visual arts, or computer arts and must address four themes: The teacher's work in the classroom; the teacher's role in the union; the teacher's role in the community; and the teacher's impact on the student.

Selected student projects will appear in a Museum exhibit entitled "Celebrating Teachers" that will open Saturday, Nov. 21.

Projects and registration forms must be received by Saturday, Nov. 14.
