PATERSON, N.J. -- The 2015 General Election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3, but registered voters who can't make it the polls on election day can vote ahead of time at the City Clerk's Office in Paterson, according to NorthJersey.com.
South Passaic residents can vote early beginning Saturday, at the City Clerk's Office in Paterson.
