Police Seize Drugs In Arrest Of Two Men In Propsect Park

PROSPECT PARK, N. J. -- Two men are facing drug charges after Passaic County Sheriff's investigators recovered about $1,200 worth of prescription drugs on Wednesday, Sept. 30, following a drug investigation in Prospect Park, NJ.com reported.

Jhabeb Malique, 25, of Prospect Park, was charged with dealing drugs from his home, and faces eight drug related offenses. Tony Laterra, 21, of Palisades Park, was charged with drug possession, NJ.com said.

Police observed the two engaged in a drug deal at Malique's Prospect Park home, and later recovered drugs after searching both men, police said. Sheriff's investigators thanked the Prospect Park patrol division for their assistance, according to NJ.com.
