Police: Paterson Man Charged With Sexual Assault

PATERSON, N.J.– A 49-year-old Paterson man was being held on $400,000 bail after the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office arrested him on sexual assault charges.

Francisco Morales assaulted a female child when she was between the ages of 9-12, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said.

Morales was also charged with child endangerment, Valdes said.

The arrest followed an investigation by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.
