Paterson Man Charged By Police With DWI On I-87 Stop Remains At Large

A New Jersey man who was charged with DWI is wanted by New York State Police for failing to show up for court appearances.

Joshua A. Easton, 30, of Paterson, N.J., was charged with DWI with a blood alcohol level of 0.13 percent after being stopped by state police on April 17, 2015, on I-87 in Tarrytown for a traffic violation, state police said.

Following his arrest, Easton was turned over to the NYPD on an outstanding bench warrant. He later failed to show up for his court appearance regarding the DWI and another bench warrant was issued for his arrest, state police added.
