Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, she lived there 17 years then moving to Williamsburg, Brooklyn where she lived most of her life settling in Passaic two years ago. She worked for Farberware in the Bronx for 15 years retiring in 32 years ago.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Alejandro; granddaughters, Alyssa Soni and Lauren Dillard.
Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21 at the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield. A Life Celebration will follow in the banquet room at the Holiday Inn in Totowa.
