Gladys N. Dadian, 82, Of Hawthorne

HAWTHORNE, N.J. -- Gladys N. Dadian, 82, of Hawthorne, died Sunday, Sept. 18.

She was born in North Bergen in 1933. 

Before retiring, she was the plant administrator at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics in Wayne. She was a parishioner at St. Anthony’s Church in Hawthorne, a member of the Wayne Alliance and a former alumnus of Holy Family Church in Union City, where she served for many years on the reunion committee. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick Dadian. 

She is survived by her son, David Dadian and his wife Dina; three daughters, Dawn Biondi and her husband Victor, Lisa Van Vliet and her husband Timothy and Susan Dadian-Zuidema; six grandchildren, Breanne, Sarah, Jessica, Steven, Sean and Andrey; brother, Albert Nassan; and a sister, Jeanne Kalogera. 

Family and friends may visit from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony’s Church, 276 Diamond Bridge Ave., Hawthorne. Interment will follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park in Totowa.
