CLIFTON, N.J. -- Frank S. De Lorenzo Sr. of Clifton died Tuesday, Sept. 13.
He was a graduate of Paterson Catholic; he played baseball, football and basketball and was a member of the its state champion basketball team.
He was a contractor with Cousins Construction in Ridgewood.
He is survived by his wife, April Grinkin-De Lorenzo; son, Frank S. De Lorenzo Jr.; grandchildren, Brianna and Jayda Grinkin; three stepsons; and three sisters.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 5-9 p.m. Thursday at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn. A funeral service is planned for 10 a.m. Friday at East Ridgelawn Crematory Chapel, 255 Main Ave., Clifton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center Foundation, 703 Main Street, Paterson, NJ 07503.
