The ticket price of $112 includes transportation and reserved orchestra seating at the Nederlander Theatre. The show begins at 8 p.m.; bus will depart at 5:30 p.m.

A tale of romance, rebellion and redemption, the show follows John Newton, whose journey ignited a historic wave of change that gave birth to the abolitionist movement. Newton, an Englishman, finds himself torn between following in the footsteps of his father – a slave trader—and embracing the more compassionate views of his childhood sweetheart.
