Totowa Library Teaches Unique Cookie Recipe

TOTOWA, N.J. – The Totowa Public Library will teach a class on how to make krakelingen cookies Thursday, Dec. 10.

Krakelingen cookies are Dutch in origin with a buttery taste and are often shaped like the number eight. Totowa resident Gertrude Eastman will lead the instruction.

The class starts at 6 p.m. and runs until 7 p.m.
