Families that dine in with costumed kids can receive up to three free Kids' Meals with an adult entrée purchase. Kids 12 and under can choose any entrée on the Applebee's Kids' Menu, with choice of a side dish, and milk or chocolate milk.

Another holiday special is a RumChata Caramel Appletini -- a "ghoulishly good adult apple concoction." It features a crisp blend of RumChata, Sour Apple Pucker, Hawaiian Salted Caramel Syrup and milk, garnished with green apple, caramel syrup and a cinnamon-sugar rim.

These specials are available at locations owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises. In the Daily Voice coverage area, those include the Clifton, Garfield, Hackensack, Northvale, Paramus and Totowa restaurants.

Among all the various owners, Applebee's now has more than 2,000 locations, in 49 states, Guam, Puerto Rico and 15 countries.
