Boston Market stores across New Jersey owe its workers thousands of dollars in back wages, and the state's labor department is taking action. The NJDOL issued 27 stop-work orders to Boston Market locations throughout the state on Monday, Aug. 14 saying the rotisserie chicken franchise owes more than $600,000 in back wages to 314 employees. The investigation began after the NJDOL received a complaint from an employee at a restaurant in Hamilton last November. Authorities have identified the two people killed in the double-decker Megabus overturn on the NJ Turnpike Tuesday, Aug. 9, authorities said. Cheryl Johnson, 59, of Bronx, N.Y., was pronounced dead at the scene, while Cecilia Kiyanitza, 66, of Woodbury, N.J. was airlifted to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead. A convicted sex offender who previously served jail time in Delaware has been newly indicted for sexually assault in South Jersey, authorities said. Scott J. Bicking, 54, of Paulsboro originally was charged in Gloucester and Cumberland counties in March for sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The body of a father of five from South Jersey has been recovered from the Delaware River, authorities said. Randy A. Haywood Sr., 39, of Penns Grove, was last seen on Feb. 10. His body was found in the Delaware River off Delaware Avenue in Penns Grove on March 8, police said.
