Trucks Collide On NJ Turnpike In Central Jersey: State Police Two trucks collided causing delays on the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said. The crash occurred at 6:31 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9 in the southbound lanes of the outer roadway at milepost 90.9 in Woodbridge Township, according to Sgt. Alejandro Goez, a State Police spokesman. Two trucks collided, and as a result, one truck went off the road to the left and went through the guardrail into the median, Goez said.  One driver was taken to Old Bridge Medical with non-life-threatening injuries, he said.

Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Backs Up Route 80 In Morris County A jackknifed tractor-trailer shut down Route 80 westbound Tuesday morning, authorities said. The tractor-trailer collided with a tanker truck and jackknifed at milepost 41 in Parsippany around 9:50 a.m., NJSP Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. Four of five right lanes were closed for cleanup following the crash, Goez said. Major delays were reported. No serious injuries occurred in the crash, which remained under investigation.
