Man Sexually Assaulted Child At Jersey Shore 20 Years Ago: Prosecutor
A former resident of Keansburg is facing charges for the sexual assault of a child that took place over 20 years ago, authorities said. Robert L. Wisiak, 44, of South River, was arrested by Keansburg police on Oct. 20, on charges of first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a minor and child endangerment, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago said on Thursday, Nov. 30. A Keansburg man has been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting of a man from Keyport, authorities said. Yacir James, 26, was charged with first-degree attempted murder and weapons offenses, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago. A 20-year-old man from Asbury Park has been arrested in connection with a shooting earlier this week in Monmouth County.
