A husband and wife have been arrested for stealing and selling jewelry from the senior living facility she worked at, authorities announced. Ana Rios, 40, of Piscataway, would swipe pieces of jewelry from residents of a Bridgewater senior living facility where she worked as a housekeeper, then turned them over to her 43-year-old husband, Ezequiel Rios, Somerset County Prosecutor John P. Fire destroyed a food and clothing pantry in Middlesex County, authorities said. The fire broke out in a building leased by Fish Inc. on the 400 block of New Market Road at about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, according to Piscataway Mayor Brian Wahler, who was at the scene. "The building's a goner," Wahler said of the century-old structure owned by First Baptist Church. Four construction workers were injured after an explosion occurred while they were pressure testing a gas line while working on River Road Bridge near Route 287 on the afternoon of Friday, Jan. 5, the township confirmed. Sollers Inc. which is based in Piscataway, used false and misleading job advertisements to funnel students into its programs and falsely claimed that agreements requiring students to pledge a portion of their future income in exchange for money upfront for their programs was not a loan, Attorney General Matthew Platkin said.
