The organs of a U.S. Army sergeant from the Jersey Shore who was killed in a motorcycle crash will help four other people live. Dennis Andrew Vaccaro, 27, crashed on Tuesday, June 14, in Ocean Township, and was kept alive so he could donate his organs. Further details on the crash were not immediately known. A 7-year-old girl has died nearly two weeks after an apartment fire that also claimed the life of her 12-year-old brother, authorities said. Morris County's Justin Seekamp died on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at Newton Medical Center, and became an organ donor. He was 39 years old. The mother of a 19-year-old Towson University student who was killed in a Baltimore County crash said her organs will save the lives of others. Catherine Pratt, of Easton, was heading north on Greenspring Avenue in Reisterstown when her Kia Sorrento veered off the road and struck a fence before coming to rest in a field on July 31, county police said.
