Grenade Strapped To Utility Pole Brings Bomb Squad To Area Near Lakewood Synagogue Reports of an explosive device strapped to a utility pole brought the New Jersey State Police Bomb Squad to an area near a Lakewood synagogue Sunday, Nov. 19, authorities said.
