Tyquan McClarin-Lamar was served with his new charges at the Atlantic County Justice Facility related to the shooting of a man in March, police said. On March 22 at 12:10 a.m., patrol officers responded to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, after a man, 27, of Atlantic City, arrived at the emergency department suffering from a gunshot wound. Atlantic City Shootings, School Lockdowns End With Fighter's Arrest A shooting in Atlantic City Thursday that prompted lockdowns of schools resulted in one man's arrest, authorities said. Patrol officers responded to the 300 block of North Carolina Avenue for a ShotSpotter alert at 12:35 p.m., according to Atlantic City police. Arriving patrol officers found Edmund Williams, 47, of Atlantic City, suffering from a gunshot wound a block away on Pennsylvania Avenue.  A second victim, 49, also from Atlantic City, was driven to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division.
