Usman Chaudhry and Amena Chaudhri will hold a grand opening ceremony for Namkeen Hot Chicken in Chatham on Oct. 30. "My husband's life goal was to open up his own restaurant, and we decided to take this step very spontaneously," Amena told Daily Voice.
