Wyatt Jr., of Phillipsburg, began the terrifying ordeal around 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, when he fired shots at a parked truck on Uniontown Road in Lopatcong, Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer said.
